Our Story

Raf Perussi, a talented baker and pastry chef, has always been driven by a love for baking and an eye for perfection. His skills and creativity were put to the ultimate test when he competed in the popular UK show ‘Bake Off: Professionals‘. Alongside his teammate Andrew Harwood of Harwoods Patisserie, Raf impressed both judges and viewers with his innovative creations and exceptional techniques. The duo’s achievements on the show, including their stunning showpieces and delectable desserts, highlighted Raf’s prowess and set the stage for his patisserie’s success.
