From Concept to Construction
The initial planning phase involved meticulous attention to detail. Raf wanted the patisserie to reflect both his personal style and the rich tradition of French baking. The construction phase, which began in early 2024, saw the transformation of an empty space into a welcoming bakery.
Choosing the right design elements was crucial. From the pastel pink walls to the elegant display cases, every aspect was carefully selected to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Of course, the process wasn’t without its challenges, but each obstacle was a step towards perfection.
