Shop & Visit Questions

We're open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am until we sell out. We recommend visiting earlier in the day for the fullest selection, especially on weekends when demand is highest.

No reservations needed for our café seating. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis with limited seating available for enjoying your treats with our specialty coffee.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and mobile banking apps.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store and can be used for any of our services including daily pastries, custom cakes, or catering services.

Street parking is available on The Crescent and surrounding streets. We recommend checking local parking restrictions and time limits.

Menu & Dietary Questions

We offer Plant based milk alternatives for our coffees and teas. While certain items like our macarons are made without gluten, we cannot guarantee they are completely gluten-free due to potential cross-contamination. Currently, we do not offer dedicated gluten-free or vegan options, as our kitchen contains allergens that make it difficult to ensure these products are safe for those with severe dietary restrictions. Heres a link to our allergen table.

Comprehensive allergen details are available on our dedicated allergens table, in-store displays, and we're happy to discuss specific requirements during your visit.

We prioritise natural ingredients and traditional French techniques. Where artificial elements are used, they meet the highest food safety standards and are clearly identified.

Absolutely. All pastries are handcrafted fresh each day using authentic French techniques. Nothing is brought in, you experience true artisan patisserie.

Simple custom cakes require 5-7 days notice, complex designs need 10-14 days. During peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, wedding season), book 2-3 weeks ahead.

Our custom cakes start from 6-inch rounds serving 4-6 people. We create everything from intimate celebrations to large event centrepieces serving 50+ guests.

Yes, we can work with your colour palette using natural and food-safe colourings. We'll discuss achievable options during your consultation whilst maintaining our quality standards.
