The Challenge and Triumphs

The competition was fierce, but Raf and his teammate Andrew Harwood rose to the occasion. From intricate almond cakes on chocolate centrepieces to a showpiece with 160 choux buns, their creations amazed the judges and secured them a place in the final six.

One of the standout moments was their archaeology-themed showpiece featuring Amazonian vases made entirely out of chocolate. The judges, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden, were left in awe, calling Raf and Andrew the team to beat.
